One-click, encrypted remote-desktop access to any managed endpoint — Windows, macOS, or Linux — without a third-party remote-tool subscription.

Representative Functions

• Deploy (standard or Windows MSI-service mode), Remove, Recover, Launch, Refresh Password
• Each endpoint gets a unique peer ID and a permanent connection password, generated by RMMmax and encrypted at rest
• RMMmax runs its own private HBBS/HBBR rendezvous and relay servers on each AppBox — endpoints are never routed through RustDesk’s public relay infrastructure
• Continuous health monitoring: status becomes stale after 600 seconds without a healthy report, triggering one bounded recovery attempt, never a flood
• Full status model: Not Deployed, Deploying, Checking In, Stale, Unauthorized, Error

Independent agents and every supported RMM route through the same centralized dispatch, so Remote Control works identically whether or not you use a third-party RMM.
